Michael Jackson
Michael Jackson has passed on. Well, I used to watch Michael Jackson on tv quite a bit in the past. All the moonwalk and dance moves were really brilliant! I liked his songs, "Heal the world" and "Black or White". He is a really talented and creative singer.
Well, I guess you can catch them on past records of MTV now. No more live broadcasts. Rest in peace, MJ!

Jackson usually came to the studio with his lyrics written down, Bottrell said, but this time he improvised on the spot. They recorded it in one take.
"It just sort of emanated from him," Bottrell said. "Clearly he had that theme in his mind when he started singing."
The song went to No. 1 around the world. The classic video shows Jackson dancing on different continents, and the faces of different nationalities morphing into one another.
And in the end, Jackson transforms into a pitch-black panther.

China has succeeded in producing the first batch of H1N1 Influenza vaccine :)
According to China Central Television reported that China has successfully produced the first batch of H1N1 influenza vaccine.
The report said that the company officially announced the biological Westlands has successfully produced the first batch of H1N1 Influenza A domestic vaccine, expected in July to conduct clinical trials.
It has been reported that the adoption of the vaccine after the pre-clinical experiments, but also a further 40-50 days to conduct clinical trials, so the real use of vaccines, but also the need two months time.
According to expert explaination, H1N1 influenza vaccines and seasonal influenza vaccine can not be vaccinated at the same time.
Up to now, China has reported a total of 414 confirmed cases of influenza A H1N1.

Development milestones
I know that baby knows his name already because he will turn to look at you when he sees you calling him.
Another thing he should know by now is the word "no". Becoz sometimes when u say no..
*he'll stop wad he's doing and look @ you... But he will still want to test limits.

Your baby's beginning to understand simple requests. Say "no" when he tries to touch an electrical outlet, for example, and he'll pause and look at your face — maybe even shake his head "no" in return.
He's also testing your responses to his behavior. He'll throw food on the floor just to see what you'll do, and then file your response in his memory bank. Later he'll test the waters again to see whether you react the same way.

Is being a mum easy?
I wonder if anyone thinks being a mum is easy.
Firstly, even though I am really sleepy, I still have to handle baby at night. I guess it really depends on how demanding baby is. Well, my baby is at 9 mths and he still doesn't sleep through the night. Well, when my hand gets better, planning to put him in his own room and then turn the 'sound detector' on so that we can hear him from our room. Currently, he is sleeping in his play pen next to our bed. But when he wakes up in the middle of the night, he is brought to our bed.
Some mums went through the periods of sleepless nights bec baby may not be well and i have heard of cases where the baby wakes up every hour from 3am onwards, till it's time to wake up. It can be quite disruptive.
Well, I guess the only thing we can do is pray he can sleep through the night!:)

First haircut for baby!
We went to PP to cut his hair. It seemed he was going to tear his hair off if we did not go to the barber soon! He kept trying to pull them out! So to save him the agony, we did what most parents would do. Bring him to a barber that specialises in cutting baby's hair!

ooh baby knows how to do more stuff now
Right now, he knows how to:
- say papa
- say mama (according to papa but mama hasn't heard it:( )
- open drawers in the kitchen
- walk in his walker to go down one step
- carry his own water bottle
- make funny faces
- play peek-o-boo
- rub face on mama's shirt
- stand with support from sitting position
